| Find a quiet spot (where you won't be disturbed for about 5 minutes), sit comfortably with your feet apart and flat on the floor and your hands on your thighs. Close your eyes and breathe deeply a few times, until you feel relaxed. |

Picture within your head a sphere or let your head be the sphere. Let the sphere become the Earth as seen from space. See that the Earth is tilted and its northern axis
touches the North Star (Polaris, see picture above). As it rotates on its axis, see the sun's light illuminate the surface and feel it dawn in the east. (Note that the Earth appears to turn counter-clockwise as you view it from above.) Next set the position of the Sun. In summer the northern axis points across the Sun toward Polaris. In winter it points away from the Sun. |
|
| Imagine lines of force from Polaris, like sunbeams shining through a forest or clouds, penetrating the Earth. Then see the turning Earth pull energy from the Sun like fleecy strands, so that it builds up in a spiral and grows outward from the Earth's center, like winding yarn on a spindle. Essentially Earth spins energy from the Sun like strands from a mass of wool, and we use Polaris' energy to weave the strands into meaningful expression. |

Put the picture together and see a rose formed within the Earth. The rose symbolizes consciousness. Then see the same rose repeated within the minds of each person on Earth. Millions of them, all becoming what they are becoming in harmony and mutual respect. Alternately, view the millions as pinpoints of light sparkling along the edges of the rose petals. Allow this picture to grow until it exceeds your vision. |
